We welcome two new employees at Well Engineering Partners

Dear network, We welcome two new employees at Well Engineering Partners: Michaël van de Stadt and Kjeld Ebbendorf.

Kjeld and Michaël will support our senior engineers and our field team to design and advise our clients and make things happen. With this reinforcement of our engineering and field team, we can continue to guarantee our quality and position and even further increase the service to you as a customer.

Michaël studied Applied Earth Sciences at the TU-Delft. In his Master study he joined the European Mining Course because of the international aspect, that is why he spent the last few years in Germany, Finland, and the Netherlands. He did his Master’s thesis in Sweden at a gold mining company. After a few years abroad, he returned to the Netherlands, and wanted to work in the Salt mining sector. He looks forward to his work at WEP and hopes to make a difference.

Kjeld has nine years of experience in the offshore industry. He has been working in the industry since 2012 and developed a ‘hands-on mentality’. After his study Petrochemistry & Offshore, he started drilling for gas in the North Sea. Thereafter worked as onsite engineer for the installation of windfarms in Europe. He has sailed internationally on a “dynamic positioning fall-pipe vessel” and supervised (in the night) the rock dumping activities for amongst other: protection of export pipelines, communication cables and to create subsea platforms, etc. In recent years, he managed the construction integrity and sustainability projects for NAM/Shell offshore production platforms as third-party contractor.

Kjeld is excited to strengthen the WEP geothermal team, with his experience in the industry and knowledge he will develop at WEP. “I walk the walk & talk the talk”, is the shortest review he has ever received, and he still lives by this quote.
