Integrated Project Management (IPM or EPCM) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)

Well services and drilling projects are challenging and complex projects with many parties and stakeholders involved. Well Engineering Partners (WEP) has more than 25 years’ experience in managing these projects.

With the Integrated Project Management services, equal to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), WEP will take care of the whole drilling or work-over project management from design till execution on behalf of the client. The client can decide the level of involvement in the project and the exact scope, but the main coordination remains with WEP. A dedicated Project Manager with a Project Team will manage the project from A to Z.

Similar to IPM/EPCM is EPC, the difference is in how the project is financially organized. With IPM/EPCM all the contracts and purchase orders with third parties remain with the client. However, with EPC, the contracts are made directly between the third parties and WEP, with no involvement of the client. This results in less work and risk for the client.
