Development Digital Twins for Geothermal Systems
June 18, 2025
Well Engineering Partners is developing together with TNO a Digital Twin for Geothermal Systems. Digital Twins can predict problems in Real-Time before they occur and assist in diagnosing issues. The Digital Twin scope currently covers the ESP, productivity & injectivity and the Well Integrity Management System including corrosion modelling. Floris Degener presented the Geothermal Digital Twin on the ‘geothermie & innovatie’ event last week organised by Geothermie Nederland as part of the Geo4All programme.
