The EGC 2019 in The Hague was a great success

June 2019, The Hague, The Netherlands

WEP was present at the European Geothermal Congress 2019 (EGC2019) in the Hague. It was a great success! WEP’s wellsite geologist and wellsite engineers met very interesting people and companies on the exhibition floor. In addition, WEP shared its knowledge about geothermal projects in an interactive workshop.

The EGC is organised every 3 years by EGEC, the European association representing the geothermal sector, EGC is the largest geothermal congress in Europe. Hosting a combination of events for all the geothermal sector, EGC is a unique opportunity for stakeholders from all parts of the sector, whether academic, industrial, financial, policy-making, or societal, to come together and to learn, finding new ways to progress.

This year we focus on following topics:

  • Geothermal case studies of the Netherlands
  • Portfolio based drilling approach
  • Integrated Project Management
  • Well Engineering & Drilling Management
  • Well Maintenance & Intervention

If you missed us at the EGC2019 or you need more information, you can contact Bob Harskamp at bob.harskamp@we-p.nl

Hopefully, we will meet you at one of the next events and, of course, at the next European Geothermal Congress (EGC)!
